The reservation is made by written confirmation by email. Deposit per room: 25% of the travel price.

Cancellation policy
up to 3 months before arrival - free cancellation
3 months to 1 month before arrival - 40% cancellation fee from the travel price
1 month to 1 week before arrival - 70% cancellation fee from the travel price

Travel insurance
We recommend the conclusion of travel cancellation insurance. These can be completed directly online here.

Single room supplement
You are welcome to book a nice double room for the use of the Alley. Surcharge seasonal depending on request.

Short stay
Depending on the season, a short stay of up to 2 days may incur a surcharge of EUR 5 per person per night. We are happy to create your individual offer.

Payment arrangements
The hotel bill with the additional services, can be paid in cash, ATM card (Maestro), VISA or Mastercard. At the latest on departure.

Arrival/Departure
The rooms are available from 14:00. Room release please requested by 10:30. We will keep the rooms ready for you by 18:00, should you arrive later, please call in advance. If the room stays longer occupied on the day of departure after consultation with the reception, we charge a flat rate of Euro 30, - / person.

Pets
You are welcome to come with your four-legged friend. This is a warm welcome to us. We ask for your understanding that the entrainment to the dining room during the meal times is not permitted. One-time fee for final cleaning. Cost on request.
